Every detail matters

The common parts of the building have been designed to create a coherent and aesthetic whole. Our designers have chosen a minimal and elegant aesthetics, thus obtaining the effect of a cozy interior. The floors are decorated with large-format stoneware tiles in sand color and wallpapers with a vertical, spatial pattern. The metal elements of the interiors and balconies will be finished in a noble gold colour. For all the flat numbers and inscriptions we will use a uniform font style in the entire development.

Modern design

The exterior of the building is distinguished by its concrete façade, painted in a sandy colour, with the two lowest floors decorated with an original, vertical corrugation, selected from the Reckli formliner catalogue. This is the only design in Krakow, which uses architectural concrete for decorating the façade.
